Adrian Biały
Adrian Biały specialises in tax and legal advice, helping clients to run their businesses effectively and securely.
In his practice, he primarily advises companies operating in the field of liquid fuels and biofuels, gas and energy. He supports clients in the area of ongoing tax advice on VAT and excise duty, participates in legal and tax reviews, and assists in proceedings and audits. Adrian specialises in excise duty and regulatory obligations towards the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and the National Revenue Administration (RARS).
He has been with Cabaj Kotala Tax Advisory since 2015. Previously, he worked for leading domestic and international tax advisory firms.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Centre for American Law Studies run by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
